Term of the Franchise. - Unless sooner cancelled or revoked, this franchise shall be in effect for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the effectivity of this Act. This franchise shall be deemed ipso facto revoked in the event that the Grantee fails to operate continuously for two (2) years upon issuance of the CPCN by the ERC.
