Authority of the Energy Regulatory Commission and NEA. - The Grantee shall secure from the ERC or the NEA any other government agency having jurisdiction over the operations, the certificate of public convenience and necessity and any other license, permit or authority indispensable for the construction and operation of its electric distribution system.
