Right to a Fair Treatment in the Event of a Maritime Accident. - Seafarers shall be treated fairly in the event of a maritime accident pursuant to ILO and International Maritime Organization (IMO) 2006 Guidelines on Fair Treatment of Seafarers in the Event of a Maritime Accident and its amendments.
