Green Lane for Seafarers. - During public emergencies, pandemics or epidemics, or when circumstances warrant, the MARINA, in coordination with the DMW, the DOLE, the DOH, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), DOTr, Bureau of Immigration (BI), or other relevant agencies, shall activate a green lane to facilitate the speedy and safe travel of seafarers.
The MARINA, in consultation with the above-mentioned government agencies, shall issue the necessary guidelines to implement this provision.
