Non-discrimination in Shipboard Training. - Cadets shall be accorded equal access to training and shall not be discriminated against for shipboard training. Discrimination on the basis of race, sex, gender, religion, and political opinions, taking into consideration the inherent requirements of the job or undertaking, shall be prohibited.
