Appropriations. - An initial funding of One billion pesos (P1,000,000,000) shall be included in the annual appropriations of the DND for the purpose of implementing this Act. The amount necessary to support the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the respective agency's subsequent funding and shall be included in the annual GAA.
