Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of this Act, the DepEd, in consultation with he CHED, DICT, DILG, and other relevant government agencies and private stakeholders, shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for its effective implementation. The rules and regulations issued pursuant to this section shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
