The authorized bed capacity of the Cong. Simeon G. Toribio Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Bohol, shall be increased from forty (40) to seventy-five (75) beds. Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan that shall be prepared by the Chief of Hospital of Cong. Simeon G. Toribio Memorial Hospital, and submitted to the Department of Health.
