One (1) additional branch of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTTC) in the Tenth Judicial Region are hereby created and stationed in the City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon.
The Supreme Court shall assign the respective branch numbers for the newly created branch of the MTTC.
