TESDA and Industry Participation. - The TESDA and the industry boards shall undertake the identification and prioritization of qualifications and the development and/or updating of competency standards, assessment tools, and curricula to continuously improve the EBET policies and guidelines, and to ensure broader participation of all stakeholders in the implementation of the EBET Programs.
Pending the establishment of an industry board in a specific sector, the TESDA shall undertake the development and/or updating of competency standards, assessment tools, and curricula.
