Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the TESDA, upon consultation with the DOLE, the National Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (NTIPC), the DOF, the BIR, the BOC, the DICT, and other relevant stakeholders, shall issue the implementing rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
