Reportorial Requirement. - Two (2) years after the effectivity of this Act and every year thereafter, the TESDA shall review the implementation and accomplishments of this Act, including the employability, retention rates, and income levels of trainees' post-training, and submit a report to the President of the Philippines and to Congress not later than June 30 following the year of review. The report shall also include recommendations to address gaps in the law and/or the implementation of this Act.
