Immunities of Foreign Worships or Military Aircraft or Other Government Ships or Aircraft Operated for Non-Commercial Purposes. - The immunities of foreign warships or military aircraft or other government ships or aircraft operated for non-commercial purpose shall be respected pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the UNCLOS and international law.
