There shall be established, in the City of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija, a Level II hospital with a one hundred (100)-bed capacity to be known as the Sen. Edgardo J. Angara General Hospital, which shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Department of Health (DOH).
