Economy and Development Council. - The NEDA Board shall be reconstituted as the Economy and Development Council, hereafter referred to as the ED council. The ED Council, headed by the President of the Philippines, shall serve as the executive collegial body responsible for directing and providing overall policy direction on economic matters to achieve inclusive and sustainable economic growth and development.
