Separation and Retirement from Service of Employees of NEDA. - The NEDA employees who are separated from service as a result of the reorganization under the provisions of this Act shall receive separation benefits which they may be entitled to under existing laws: Provided, That those who are qualified to retire under existing retirement laws shall be allowed to retire and receive retirement benefits, which they may be entitled to under applicable laws and issuances.
