Repealing Clause. - Executive Order No. 230, series of 1987; Chapter 1, 2, 3, and 4, Subtitle C, Title II, Book V of Executive Order No. 292, series of 1987; Executive Order No. 257, series of 2003; Executive Orders No. 770 and 770-A, series of 2008; and Sections 1 and 2 of Executive Order No. 28, series of 2023, are hereby repealed. All laws, decrees, executive orders, ordinances, rules, regulations, and other issuances, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with any provision of this Act, are hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
