Stakeholder Engagement. - In the discharge of these powers and functions, the DEPDev shall undertake consultations with appropriate government agencies, civil society organizations (CS)s), non-government organizations (NGOs), people's organization (POs), the academe, private sector, and LGUs to incorporate their priority needs in the formulation of policies, plans, programs, and projects.
