Establishment of the Don Honorio Ventura State University-City of San Fernando Campus. - There is hereby established a regular campus of the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), to be located in the City of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga, which shall be known as the "Don Honorio Ventura State University-City of San Fernando Campus": Provided, That upon the effectivity of any law renaming the Don Honorio Venture State University, the City of San Fernando Campus, as converted into a regular campus by virtue of this Act, shall also be automatically renamed.
