Republic Act No. 4444, entitled "An Act to Establish a National Agricultural and Vocational High School in the Municipal District of Barlig, Mountain Province, to be Known as Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural and Vocational High Schoo, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor", is hereby amended. All other laws, orders, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
