Streamlining Policies and Regulations Governing Chemicals. - The ATC, in coordination with appropriate government agencies, shall facilitate the establishment of a coordination mechanism with other regulatory agencies governing chemicals in accordance with Republic Act No. 9485, as amended, or the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018".
