Jurisdiction. - The Regional Trial Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all violations of this Act, as well as applications for ancillary writs and processes such as search warrants, seizure, and forfeiture: Provided, That the Regional Trial Court that first acquires jurisdiction shall exercise the same to the exclusion of all other courts unless the Supreme Court authorizes the transfer of venue.
