Prohibition Against the Unauthorized Practice of Agriculture Profession. - No person shall practice the agriculture profession in the Philippines or offer oneself as a registered agriculturist or use the title, word, letter, figure, or any sign tending to convey the impression that one is a registered agriculturist, or advertise or indicate in any manner whatsoever that one is qualified to practice the profession unless the person has complied with all the requirements for registration, with or without examination, and is a holder of a valid COR and PIC or a valid STP duly issued by the Board and the PRC.
