Prohibition Against Corporate Practice. - A sole proprietor, consulting firm, association, or organization may engage in the practice of the agriculture profession in the Philippines: Provided, That it complies with the following requirements:

(a) The firm, association, or organization is duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, Securities and Exchange Commission, or other appropriate agencies;

(b) The majority of the officers and board members of the form, association, or organization are registered agriculturists; and

(c) The practice of the consulting firm, association, or organization is carried out by registered agriculturists.
