Use of Seal. - Every registered agriculturist shall obtain a seal of such design as the Bord shall adopt and approve, which shall be affixed to or impressed upon all documents, records, papers, and instruments prepared by or under the direct supervision of or issued by the registered agriculturist. The registered agriculturist shall use the seal only during the validity of the license.
The Board shall issue the pertinent guidelines on the use of seals.
