Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The Board shall issue and promulgate the IRR within one hundred twenty (120) days from the effectivity of this Act, subject to the approval of the PRC and in consultation with the AIPO. The IRR shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.
