Disaster and Emergency Response Housing Office (DERHO). - There shall be a DERHO under the Authority which shall formulate plans and programs addressing the needs of displaced families due to natural and human-induced disasters and calamities, and shall ensure effective implementation of post-disaster or emergency housing programs through sustainable, integrated, multi-sectoral, and community-based approaches and strategies, in coordination with the LGUs.
