Capitalization. - The authorized capitalization of the Authority shall be increased from Five billion pesos (P5,000,000,000) to Ten billion pesos (P10,000,000,000) which shall be fully subscribed and paid by the Republic of the Philippines, as follows:
(a) The balance of the Five billion pesos (P5,000,000,00) capitalization previously authorized shall be included in the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2026; and
(b) The remaining balance of Five billion pesos (P5,000,000,000) shall be fully paid within a period of ten (10) years and included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
