Classification as a National Park. - The TTGINP is comprised of a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Nueva Valencia in the Province of Guimaras. All lands of the public domain within the coverage and scope of the TTGINP shall fall under the classification of national park as provided for in Article XII, Section 3 of the Constitution.
