Classification as a National Park. - The APLS is comprised of a parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of San Andres in the Province of Quezon. All lands of the public domain within the coverage and scope of the APLS shall fall under the classification of national park as provided for in Article XII, Section 3 of the Constitution.
