Classification as a National Park. - The SFPL is composed of a parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Quezon. All lands of the public domain within the coverage and scope of the SFPL shall fall under the classification of a national park as provided for in Article XII, Section 3 of the Constitution.
