Classification as a National Park. - The PLPL is composed of a parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of Paoay, Province of Ilocos Norte. All lands of the public domain within the coverage and scope of the PLPL shall fall under the classification of a national park as provided for in Article XII, Section 3 of the Constitution.
