Repealing Clause. - Section 1 of Act No. 3846 or the "Radio Control Act", and Section 7, the first sentence of the first paragraph of Section 11, the first paragraph of Section 16, and Section 23 of Republic Act No. 7925, insofar as they apply to DTIPs, are hereby expressly repealed. All other laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, letters of instruction, proclamations, or administrative regulations that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
