March 7 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte, in commemoration of its foundation day.ℒαwρhi৷ Upon proclamation of the President, March 7 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the said city.
