September 18 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Bansalan, Province of Davao del Sur, in commemoration of its foundation anniversary. However, upon proclamation of the President, September 18 of every year shall be a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Bansalan, Province of Davao del Norte.
