A new Section 5-A is hereby inserted after Section 5 of Republic Act No. 7652, to read as follows:
"Section 5-A. Sublease. - Unless there is an express publication in the lease contract, the lessee may subject the property with the consent of the lessor. The condition under Section 4 and 4 of this Act shall apply to the sublease contract."
