Declaration of Policy. - The State shall promote quality and accessible education relevant to the changing needs of the people and society. It shall establish, maintain, and support a complete, adequate, and integrated aviation education and training system by strengthening the curricula of various aviation and other related courses consistent with international standards on aviation learning.
To this end, the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, the leading higher education institution for aviation studies, is hereby declared the national professional institution for aviation.ℒαwρhi৷
