The Skills Training Council. - There shall be a Skills Training Council, which shall be composed of the NAAP President, as Chairperson; the Dean of the Institute of Engineering and technology, as vice chairperson; and a Senior Faculty with the rank of Associate Professor and having a license issued by the CAAP and the Professional Regulation Commission, as member. The Council shall act as an advisory body to the Board on matters relating to setting skills training directions, planning, fund sourcing, and allocation, and formulating and reviewing policies and guidelines pertaining to the skills training program of the NAAP.
