Technical Faculty, Employees, and Consultants. - To ensure quality, relevant, and up-to-date education he NAAP shall also maintain a pool of local and international part-time faculty members who shall teach technical subjects, as well as employees and consultants who shall perform technical work. These technical faculty, employees, and consultants shall posses special knowledge, skills, and know-how in the various field of aviation. They shall receive fair and appropriate compensation comparable to that of their counterparts in the private sector, as determined by the Board. They shall also have the privilege to arrange their specific work schedule, subject to existing Civil Service laws, rules, and regulations.
