To carry out the purpose of this Act, there is hereby created a Special Festival Fund to be charged against any available fund of the province, including its share from the National Tax Allotment.ℒαwρhi৷ The Province of Misamis Oriental is also authorized to receive donations and contributions from private individuals, corporations, and non-government organizations.
