The renaming of Barangat New Alabang Village as Barangay Ayala Alabang shall be effective upon ratification of the majority of the votes cast by qualified voters in a plebiscite to be conducted and supervised by the Commission on Elections in the present Barangay New Alabang Village within one hundred twenty (120) days after the effectivity of this Act.ℒαwρhi৷
The expenses for such plebiscite shall be borne by the City of Muntinlupa.
