Compliance with the Requirements of the Commission on Higher Education. - The CNU shall ensure the compliance of the CNU-Balamban Campus with the policies, standards, and guidelines of the CHED for the operation of the campus including those related to the offering of courses and the introduction of new or revised programs prior to the conversion.
