Applicability of Existing Laws. - The Grantee shall comply with and be subject to the relevant provisions of Commonwealth Act No. 146 or the "Public Services Act", RA No. 9136, and Republic Act No. 10531 or the "National Electrification Administration Reform Act of 2013".
