Term of the Franchise. - This franchise shall be for a term of twenty-five (25) years that shall commence from the date of expiration of BENECO's existing franchise, unless sooner cancelled. This franchise shall be deemed ipso facto revoked in the event that the Grantee fails to operate continuously for two (2) years.
