Applicability of Existing Laws. - The Grantee shall comply with and be subject to the relevant provisions of Commonwealth Act No. 146 or the "Public Services Act", as amended; Republic Act No. 9136; Republic Act No. 10531 or the "National Electrification Administration Reform Act of 2013"; and RA No. 9520 or the "Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008".
