Protection of SDAs. - Computer-based systems used for physical protection, nuclear safety, and nuclear material accountancy and control shall he protected against compromise, such as cyber-attack, manipulation or falsification, consistent with the design basis threat (DBT).
The PhilATOM, in consultation with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), shall develop and maintain a national computer security strategy as part of its nuclear security regime.
