Scope. - This Act shall apply to all regulated facilities and activities as set forth in Section 14 of this Act involving the peaceful uses of nuclear energy and ionizing radiation conducted in the territory or under the jurisdiction or control of the Republic of the Philippines, except those excluded from regulatory control by the PhilATOM. This Act shall not apply to the regulations of sources of non-ionizing radiation.
