Existing Authorizations and Regulatory Issuances. - Licenses and authorizations issued by the PNRI and Center for Device Regulation, Radiation Health and Research of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA-CDRRHR) shall remain in force until superseded by regulations, standards, and orders issued by the PhilATOM.
