Administrative Regulations. - In addition to the regulations and prohibitions in this Act, the BAI, in consultation with the LGUs and stakeholders, may issue administrative orders or regulations for the conservation, preservation, management, and sustainable development of the animal industry. As far as practicable, all regulations on the sectors of the animal industry shall be harmonized and consolidated into Codes of Regulations for LPD and other major animal industry sectors.
