Suppletory Application of National Meat Inspection Code. - In the absence of any applicable provision under this Act, the provisions of Republic Act No. 9296 or "the Meat Inspection Code of the Philippines", as amended by Republic Act No. 10536, its implementing rules and regulations, and other relevant laws and issuances shall have suppletory application.
